Alright, I'll start with vision. The vision is great, the toucan being very clear and the back-round blurring appropriately to make the bird stand out.
Originality is great too, toucans are very colorful birds with a personality you captured perfectly. It has a very 'curious' or 'suspicious' expression.
Your technique is VERY impressive, and I like the style of the bird. The bird's body is a good shape, with the wings not clearly visible (which was a good choice here). The feet are great, considering sometimes a bird's talons are on the harder side to draw. The shading is great too, the back-round blending nicely with the picture. My only suggestion is that more detail should be added to the part on the bird's back where there's a bit of redish-brown coloring.
